Terms of Service and End User License Agreement
These terms govern your use of Podsteps, including its website, dashboard and integrations (the “Service”). By using the Service or installing a Podsteps integration, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business or personal purposes, subject to these terms. Sites generated by the Service and the content you provide belong to you.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any third-party accounts you connect.
3. Third-party providers
The Service works with providers such as Vercel, Figma, Supabase, GitHub, Cloudflare and AWS. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, and any fees they charge are your responsibility. You authorize us to act in your connected accounts only as needed to perform actions you request and to keep your workspace in sync.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, impersonate others, publish deceptive or harmful content, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to host, process and deploy it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and for any data your site collects from visitors.
6. Early access
The Service is offered as an early-access product and may change, contain errors or be interrupted. Paid plans, if any, are described at the time of purchase.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Podsteps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
